Getting your neighborhood up and running on ARC Tracker only requires the following:
Name as you want it to appear on your site.
Nickname must be unique. "Check" for valid nickname.
We will check the local property appraisers records to confirm the neighborhood.
The property management company for the neighborhood (enter "Self" if the neighborhood is self-managed).
Tell us how many houses you have in your neighborhood:
Your annual cost: $0 per year or $0 per lot per year.
Multi-neighborhood and multi-year discounts are available. See your ARC Tracker salesperson for details.
Tell us the streets in the neighborhood.
Tell us who is on the neighborhood's Architectural Review Committee. You must identify at least 1 chairperson.
Tell us about you. An ARC Tracker representative will contact you to confirm the account information.
We'll contact you to confirm your registration.
That's all we need to get your neighborhood started with a basic ARC Tracker account. The account will be created with 4 different request types to start: Exterior Painting, Landscaping, Fencing, and Other. Your neighborhood can begin using this basic account immediately. You will be able to add or delete request types and configure your ARC Tracker account in numerous other ways once your account has been confirmed with one of our representatives.
