The information becomes part of the homeowner association records and is owned by that entity. As a homeowner, you are entitled to access association records as dictated by your association's covenants and the laws of the state your property is located in. We are thus bound by the relevant state laws and association covenants to protect or release information regarded as association records as directed by your association or their authorized management company. In addition, any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To enhance and personalize your experience

    Your information and details about how you visit our site helps us to improve our site to work with different browsers and to improve our service to you, our customer.

  • To process transactions

    Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

  • To send periodic emails

    The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Responsibility for request approval

ARC Tracker is not responsible for the approval or denial of architectural request submitted on the site or for any failures in timely communication between homeowners and the Architectural Review Committee of the relevant community. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to determine the status of their request in the event that a timely decision is not forthcoming. It is the responsibility of the Architectural Review Committee of the relevant community to monitor the communication and the site to be able to respond to homeowner requests in a timely manner according to the association covenants regarding any time limits on responding to requests from homeowners.

We will confirm any requests relating to your rights above within one month of receipt of your request, or within two months of receipt of your request where this request is more complex
