- Knowing submitting specifications, completion dates, photos, or other incorrect information can be considered fraud.
- In order to complete the review of your application, all applications must contain all of the required information in the guidelines for each type of work. This ensures that each application for each type of work is reviewed with the same criteria and requirements to ensure that the process is equitable for all owners for each type of work in order to comply with Florida Statue and Association documents.
- The 30 day review process starts when the application is complete and noted as "under review" incomplete application will be canceled and or disapproved.
- The Board of Directors has a responsibility to enforce all the deed restrictions, including the restriction for homeowners to make the required repairs in a reasonable time, and submit applications for alterations. The Architectural process in ARC Tracker is an opportunity to clear violations by submitting applications if you have received a violation. Please note until an application is approved and the associated work is completed or installed any violations issued and litigation in relation to the violation remains in place and active. Owners are responsible for all legal fees associated with any violations.
- Per the Resolution passed February 13, 2020 "Architecturial Review Committee" Owner is to be current on dues and any fee's due.
